Dianne Hamacher has worked at PFC Brakes for 27 years. Starting on the pad production floor she manufactured various processes of brake pads for 3 years. During that time, through hard work and determination, she moved up from floor operator to team leader.
In 1999, PFC initiated a new MRP system (SAP) Dianne received a job as the production scheduler assistant. Since then, she has been taught by several Production Scheduler Managers and most importantly by Don Burgoon. Currently, she schedules all the production on the pad side of the business.
Dianne said Jesus is a big part of her life. She enjoys church, mission opportunities, and serving others. In her free time, she loves hiking, running, and traveling. Her favorite trip was to Europe where she toured Germany and France when her husband (Randall Hamacher Sr-also a PFC Supervisor for 20+ years) was alive.
When asked about her favorite thing about working at PFC Brakes she said “It’s always race day. There is always a challenge to overcome, and that’s the beauty of the job.”
