Having worked in the braking industry for nine years at Alcon Components, racing has always interested Joe. Some of his favorite types are F1, GT Racing, and Rallycross. “Although F1 has gotten a little repetitive with Red Bull dominating everything in the last couple of years.”

Joe said, “My dream car would be a Ferrari F40. Since I was a kid, I’ve always loved them!”

His hobbies include mountain biking, motocross & track days.

When asked what he most looks forward to working at PFC Brakes, Joe said, “I would have to say being back in the motorsport industry, working with a great group of people, with some amazing products. As well as getting back in touch with old contacts to promote the PFC brand.”

The Nürburgring 24 hours has seen many firsts. Last year Frikadelli Racing made history when they took the top step on the podium, giving Ferrari their first ever win at this historic event. In 2024, they are back stronger than ever, looking to deliver the manufacturer’s first-ever back-to-back victories at the “Green Hell”.

Last year’s historic win for the Ferrari team marked the first ever overall win for the new PFC 82 & 84 endurance compounds. These have since continued to win across the globe in many flagship racing series such as IMSA, GT World Challenge, and Super GT.

This time, the Frikadelli Ferrari is back in top form, looking to defend its title. Once again, it is equipped with our newest addition to the GT market, the 82 front and 84 rear endurance compounds.

We here at PFC are excited for an action-packed 24 hours at the Ring and can’t wait to see the PFC Brakes equipped Ferrari out on the track.
