Two pole positions turned into two wins for MP Motorsport’s Sagrera, although race 1 was disrupted by a heavy crash leading to a delay and rolling start behind the safety car.
Christian Ho chased Sagrera hard until another collision (between Michael Shin and Alexander Abkhazava), red-flagging the race, and restarting as the rain arrived. Shin barrel-rolled multiple times, but no lasting damage except to his pride!
The safety car was implemented again for race 2 after Abkhazavahit another car and the barrier. Sagrera escaped the pack, but Bruno del Pino was only 0.914 behind at the finish.
Javier Sagrera has taken the lead back from Christian Ho, with 167 points over 144. Bruno del Pino has 140 points in third.
