Josef Newgarden won both doubleheader races that took place at Iowa Speedway. He won the Hy-Vee One Step 250 on Sunday, as well as the Hy-Vee Homefront 250 on Saturday.
Newgarden drove his No. 2 Team Penske Chevrolet to his sixth career victory at Iowa Speedway. A late caution in the race left just three laps for Newgarden to secure the win.
Newgarden has won all the oval races this season, this includes the 107th Indianapolis 500 earlier this year.
The next NTT INDYCAR SERIES will take place on the streets of Nashville, Tennessee on Sunday, Aug. 6. Live coverage starts at noon ET on NBC.
