Ariel Burgoon attended Dean College in Franklin, Massachusetts where she received a degree in early childhood education. Currently, she is the Receptionist at PFC Brakes where she answers phones and speaks with distributors. Ariel grew up around PFC Brakes as her father, Don Burgoon founded the company in 1983.
Outside of work, Ariel is a tennis instructor for young kids. Ariel said she “loves getting to see the kids grow and improve their tennis skills.” She also enjoys spending time with her cats, Oreo, Chester, and Savvy, as well as golfing. Ariel loves to spend time with her family and friends as much as possible. She enjoys traveling and would love to go back to parts of Europe, her favorite trip was when she went to Italy with her parents.
When asked what her favorite thing about working at PFC Brakes Ariel said, “it’s like one big family and getting to work with the best people, especially Joey Knuckles he sure knows how to make the day go by fast with a good laugh. A good ole Joey story is when he was in Indianapolis and got run over by a lady on an electric scooter, you’ll have to ask him about it if you speak with him!” Ariel enjoys talking to the distributors on the phone and helping them find the correct parts, plus it is always a joy to see them at the PRI trade show in Indianapolis once a year.
