Roderick Secured a Heated Battle for the Win at Montgomery Speedway

Casey Roderick has had quite an eventful 2017 season, now claiming another victory at Montgomery Motor Speedway's Show Me the Money Pro Late Model Series event, "Beat the Heat 100."

A restart halfway through the event after a yellow flag on lap 43 allowed Roderick to charge for the front against driver Chandler Smith, where he then held the lead for another 56-laps of green flag and into victory lane.

"He fired first and I went," said Roderick. "He missed a shift and I pulled him down the straightaway."

A disgruntled Smith left Roderick in an uncomfortable post-race situation, as Smith and his team thought Roderick to jump the restart. After reviewed again by race control, it was settled that Smith in the No.26 car fired in the starting box first.

Casey Roderick chooses PFC's full Pro Late Model Package--featuring PFC's ZR94 ZeroDrag™ calipers, V3 ZeroFailures™ discs, CarbonMetallic® pads, and RH665 Racing Brake Fluid.
