T-Mac Outruns the Pack to Claim a Career Record $53,000 Winnings at I-80 Speedway's Silver Dollar Nationals!

Driver of the No.39 Dirt Late Model car fully equipped with PFC Brakes, Tim McCreadie, had a monumental win this past week at I-80 Speedway's Silver Dollar Nationals. This is also the third-largest winner's payoff in Dirt Late Model racing of the 2017 season.

This Lucas Oil Late Model Dirt Series driver started back in 15th place, charging up into the top five spots by lap six. Watching out for some heated battles and traffic, McCreadie kept pushing past drivers O'Neal and Shirley, and sped up ahead capturing the lead on lap 21.

"It was a really good car," said McCreadie. "I didn't really think I had to beat it up to go fast."

McCreadie was caught off guard when 32nd place starter Brandon Sheppard made ground and caught up to McCreadie, holding onto second for the remainder of the race.

"All these young guys are tough to beat, and somebody took a chance on a washed up 43-year-old, and so far we're ok," said McCreadie.

Finishing 0.969 seconds ahead of Sheppard after a short scare, McCreadie rolled into victory lane with a career-high $53,000 winner's bonus. This was also his 12th career victory of the LOLMDS, and his second on the Lucas Oil MLRA tour.

The winning No.39 is fitted all around with PFC's ZR94 and ZR24 ZeroDrag™ calipers, V3 ZeroFailures™ rotors, CarbonMetallic® pads, and RH665 Racing Brake Fluid.
